Pumpkin Pancakes

Our delicious pumpkin pancakes are drizzled with warm cinnamon-maple syrup and topped with a ginger liqueur whipped cream! 

Cornmeal Crepes

Two homemade Crepes served with silver goat cheese and a hot delicious homemade pepper jelly.

Soy Chirizo Frittata

Soy Chorizo is quickly sautéed and then poached in a fruity and tart Morellino di Scansao  . This velvety casserole with corn, cornmeal, light cream cheese, Monterey Jack, scallions and pickled peppers will have you always asking for more!

Shrimp and Grits
 
Our famous shrimp and grits are here to stay!

Scampi style shrimp served with polenta and mango. Polenta is slowly simmered in a crisp Gavi.  In perfect harmony with the shrimp, mango, and aged cheddar.

Sher-Bliss is a wine and chocolate store offering wine and beer from all over the world. Our wine tasting room is perfect for hosting private parties and celebrations for birthdays, bachelor/bachelorette parties, financial lectures and political events.

We can host one-of-a-kind private catering with customized menus and selective wines in your home.

Some favorite chocolate armor include bottles covered in espresso, candied orange peels and crushed oreos. Just recently we made a sparkling dipped in dark chocolate and potato chips.  Marilyn Monroe’s favorite.  We have begun to use the #superfruit, Baobob, both on dipped bottles and wine-infused fudge.  Baobob is loaded with anti-oxidants and potassium and the Meyer lemon baobob is perfect with white chocolate and #Gerard Bertrand Natural Chardonnay.  We also offer the option of personalizing the bottle with a name written in chocolate.

We have sampled reds and whites and have come up with truly delightful combinations for you and your sweetheart to enjoy. Choose four wines that are paired with artisan confections and cheeses, some wines presented in a chocolate-rimmed wine glass.

By popular demand, brunch is now served!   We are pleased to have delighted you with food at our wine tastings in the store and catered events and now will offer our version of breakfast that will be Sher Bliss!  Menus will change weekly and wine (and often chocolate ) will play a part in each dish prepared. Visit the Sher Bliss Wine and Chocolate page for menus.  New Menu posted every Tuesday morning.We will serve from 9am-2pm, Saturday and Sunday.

 

 

Fig Perogies Pot Pie with Honeydew, Mint and Port

Mouth watering figs stuffed into a cream cheese shell and topped with brown butter and honeydew that has been poached in a delicious port wine. 8

Quiche Lorraine with Turkey bacon

Cheryl’s mom’s secret recipe with a healthful twist. Mushrooms sauteed in a dry Malvasia. We use Laughing Cow cheese and turkey bacon so you will leave feeling satisfied but not guilty. 7

Sher Bliss Goes to the NYC Wine and Food Festival!

This event, sponsored by the Food Network, is held in one of my favorite cities in the world- New York City! It is the only festival in New York to bring together legendary culinary icons from around the globe, America’s most beloved television chefs, as well as various vendors from across the country. The festival, as stated on their website, benefits the hunger-relief programs of Food Bank For New York City and Share Our Strength®. One hundred percent of the net proceeds from the Festival go directly to these community-based organizations. Sher Bliss is contributing some of our Triple Bliss fudge and Blissinabottle products to this year’s event.

Our Triple Bliss fudge is a delicious treat for all to enjoy. We start with Belgian chocolate fudge and make it even more decadent by infusing it with luscious fruits that have been macerated in Gerard Bertrand’s award-winning, sustainable wines.  Superfruit-enriched fudges from Sher Bliss are enfused with a concentrate of organic Baobest™ baobab and fruit pulp that contains no added sugar. It is high in soluble fiber, calcium, iron, potassium, magnesium and Vitamin C.The result in a triple dose of bliss!

  • 2008 Banyuls, dipped in dark chocolate and a crumble of dark Espresso candy
  • 2010 Cremant de Limoux, dipped in dark chocolate and potato chips – Marilyn Monroe style with a Sher twist!
